Granville House Cancellation Policy
If a full payment has been made
Guests will receive:
• a 100% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
• a 100% refund of the total cost if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.
If a deposit has been paid/ split payments
If the balance payment is not received at least four weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Granville House welcomes up to 6 guests and a baby under 1 year sleeping in the cot. Please do not cause embarrassment by trying to squeeze extra people in. If this happens, you will have broken the terms of your contract! We shall help you find alternative accommodation.
No hen parties, stag parties, or events
Slippers and socks to be worn indoors, we can provide clean slippers if you forget
Children of all ages must be supervised at all times especially in the garden because of the deep pond and unprotected drops
All plastic bottles, glass, metal and paper has to be recycled. Vegetable waste can be put on the compost area behind the garage
The septic tank works well but will block quickly if treated to a diet of anything other than human waste and loo paper
Ball games can be played in the orchard, not the garden
Let us know if anything is broken, then we can organise repair and replacement as soon as possible. Please don’t hide the damage, just be honest
Use the fire guard if the log burner is alight
