Policies, contracts and house rules

As you will appreciate it has been a difficult 2 years and although the latest round of additional grants for hospitality has just been announced, self catering accommodation is specifically excluded and our insurers will not cover us for covid related cancellations, so for 2022 we are reverting to our normal cancellation policy.

House Rules
Granville House welcomes up to 6 guests and a baby under 1 year sleeping in the cot. Please do not cause embarrassment by trying to squeeze extra people in. If this happens, you will have broken the terms of your contract! We shall help you find alternative accommodation.

Slippers and socks to be worn indoors, we can provide clean slippers if you forget
